These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of homedeepcleaningservice.com and any cleaning service booked through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or contact form (together, “the Services”). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are booking on behalf of a business — for example, an office, restaurant, school, gym, or warehouse under our Commercial Cleaning services — you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2 Description of Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services across four categories — Deep Cleaning, Regular & Recurring, Specialized, and Commercial — as described on the relevant service pages of this website. The exact scope of any individual booking is defined by the specific service page and, for Commercial contracts, the fixed quote issued following a site visit as described in Section 4.
3 Booking & Scheduling
- Residential bookings are confirmed via website, WhatsApp, or phone, subject to availability in your area.
- Commercial bookings follow the Quote → Site Visit → Contract → Schedule process described on our Commercial service pages, and are not confirmed until a contract is signed.
- You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

4 Pricing & Payment
- Residential services are priced as published on the relevant service page, with the final price confirmed at booking based on property size and any add-ons selected.

9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
