How long does fridge cleaning take?
It depends on your fridge type and how much ice has built up. The time for each type is shown in the pricing table above. Heavy ice adds time, because it has to melt before the freezer can be cleaned. Your price stays the same either way.
What do I need to do before the technician arrives?
Have a cool box or insulated bag ready, with ice packs. You can empty the fridge into it beforehand, or do it together once the technician arrives. In Dubai heat, chilled food should not sit out for more than an hour. If the freezer is full of ice, defrosting it the night before saves time on the day.
How often should I get my fridge cleaned?
A deep clean every 3 to 6 months for the inside. Condenser coils need cleaning every 6 to 12 months, and our technician does them at the same visit. If frost returns within weeks of a clean, check the door seal before booking again.
Do you clean the coils and behind the fridge?
Yes, our technician cleans the coils at the back or behind the front grille. On built-in fridges, coils behind a fitted cabinet panel are left alone. The wall behind the fridge and the floor underneath are not part of the clean.
