Most households book a deep clean every 3–6 months, with a full villa or apartment deep clean often timed around a move, a season change, or before hosting.

How is commercial cleaning priced?
Most commercial contracts are priced per square foot per month (AMC) or per cleaner-hour for smaller spaces, with one-off deep cleans priced per square foot — see the individual Commercial service pages for indicative ranges.
Can commercial cleaning be scheduled outside business hours?
Yes. Early morning, evening/after-hours, and weekend scheduling are available at no premium across our commercial services, so cleaning never overlaps with your operating hours.
How often does Dubai Civil Defence require kitchen exhaust cleaning?
